...A LINE OF HEAVY SNOW SHOWERS WILL AFFECT SOUTHERN
CLINTON...CENTRAL FRANKLIN...EASTERN ST. LAWRENCE... NORTHERN
ESSEX...NORTHWESTERN LAMOILLE...NORTHWESTERN ORLEANS... GRAND
ISLE...NORTHWESTERN CHITTENDEN AND FRANKLIN COUNTIES... 

At 1057 AM EDT...Heavy snow showers were located along a line
extending from near Franklin to Saranac to near Madawaska...and
moving southeast at 25 mph.

Locations impacted include...
Saranac Lake, Adirondack Regional Airport, Plattsburgh, Plattsburgh
International Airport, Burlington, South Burlington, Peru,
Beekmantown, Schuyler Falls, Saranac, Enosburg Falls, Wilmington,
Franklin, Jay, Montgomery Center, Westford, Colchester, Sheldon,
Georgia and Waterville.

This includes Interstate 89 between mile markers 93 and 129.

  * Winds up to 35 mph are possible within this line of heavy snow
    showers.

  * Visibilities will drop quickly to less than a half mile in this
    area of heavy snow.

Conditions can deteriorate rapidly in winter weather situations. Be
prepared for snow or ice covered roads. Slow down and allow extra
time when traveling.
