line extending from 22 miles north of Ogdensburg to near Morristown
to 8 miles southeast of Clayton. Movement was east at 35 mph.
HAZARD...Winds 25 mph or greater, with visibility less than a half
mile.

IMPACT...Gusty winds may blow around unsecured objects. Low
visibility will pose a hazard to motorists.
